PAYMENT, SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and bKash as payment methods as of this current policy update. We provide estimates of shipping schedules. However, these are estimates only and do not constitute any form of guarantee. eBoighar does not take liability of delay in shipments. Often times, delivery may get delayed due to rough weather, external infrastructural disruption including but not limited to unusual traffic, road blockage, political turbulence and other unforeseen circumstances. Title and risk of loss and damages of ordered item(s) rest on you upon delivery of the order to you if delivery is done by eBoighar's own delivery process.
In general, all items purchased from eBoighar are made pursuant to a shipment contract with a 3rd party courier partner. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the courier partner. However, in case your notify any such loss, eBoighar, at its completely own discretion may replenish such loss.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
We relentlessly try to satisfy our customers. However, in the circumstances where we might have failed in that pursuit, you, as a customer, have the right to return your purchase. You can return your whole order or part of the order, provided that the order constitutes multiple distinguishable items, if the order (or items) is found defective. For example, in case of books torn pages, missing pages, wrong book, wet, damaged by rain water etc. are valid defect that qualify for a book to be returned. In such cases eBoighar replaces the item. We trust our customers.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase upon receiving it you will get complete replacement if it meets the following criteria:
Return Procedure:
Contact eBoighar Customer Care team by calling 01795401010 or by emailing care@eboighar.com within 03 days after receiving your order.
Once we pick up or receive your return, we will run a quality check on it as per the above criteria. If this returned item is qualified, we will replace it with a new one if it is available or we will refund. However, in the rarest of rare cases, should the item returned does not meet qualification to get replacement or return, then dispute resolution procedure will be followed as per governing of Bangladesh.
Refund Procedure:
We refund after our return department evaluates your return. If a replacement is possible, it will always be replaced and no refund will be processed. However, if the item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund. If your return qualifies for a return as assessed by the return department, it may take up to 5 business days to process your refund payment from the day the return department clears it. Usually return department clears an item in 1~2 business days. That means it may take up 7 business days from the date of arrival of your return item at eBoighar’s office.
We refund the full amount including shipping charges. That means you will get refund for charge incurred while shipping the item back to eBoighar’s address from outside of Dhaka. However, the refundable amount on return charge will not exceed the amount that eBoighar charged you to ship the order to your address. If in case, you have returned a part of your whole order (i.e. one or multiple few items/books), then the maximum refundable return shipping charge will not exceed the amount that we would charge you to ship the item(s) to your address.
All refunds are done through bKash. There is no option for refund in cash.

Order Cancellation:
You can cancel an order before it has been shipped. Usually, if you order before 3 pm on any day and if all items in the order is in stock, your order is shipped by 6 pm on that same day. If you order after 3pm on any day, it is shipped by 6 pm of the following day. You will need to contact our customer care team at 01795401010 and request for cancellation. Order cancellation by email, messenger or SMS does not guarantee on time cancellation even your email / messenger message or SMS arrived before 6 pm.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
eBoighar attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, eBoighar does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by eBoighar is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
If you already paid by bKash™ and you requested order cancellation before the order got shipped, you will get full refund of your order amount. However, such refund may take up to 2 business days to get executed.
PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on eBoighar website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set.
With respect to items sold by eBoighar, the price of an item does not get confirmed until you order. Despite best efforts, a small number of the items in eBoighar catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than stated price, eBoighar will, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
